If the Job ID is not displayed for one or more requisitions in RChilli, verify that the requisition is valid, available, and correctly published in the connected recruitment system.
-
Verify the requisition in the source system.
Open the requisition in the ATS or Oracle Recruiting Cloud and confirm that a valid Job ID or requisition number is available. -
Check the requisition status.
Confirm that the requisition is active and posted in the environment connected to RChilli. Draft, inactive, canceled, or unposted requisitions might not be available for selection. -
Confirm the environment.
Verify the applicable environment, such as production or staging. A requisition created in one environment does not appear in another unless it is also created or synchronized there. -
Refresh the requisition data.
Refresh the RChilli page or extension and search for the requisition again. Recently created or updated requisitions may require some time to synchronize. -
Verify the Job ID format.
When searching for or referencing a requisition, enter the complete Job ID without additional spaces or unsupported characters. For email-based resume imports, include the Job ID in the email subject.
If the Job ID is valid and the requisition is posted but still does not appear, contact the Dedicated Account Manager or email RChilli Support with the following details:
- Job ID or requisition number
- Requisition title
- Environment name
- Requisition status
- Screenshot of the missing field or search result
- Date and approximate time when the issue occurred
