Category: Salesforce Integration / Automation Configuration
Answer:
Not in every case. If the previous RChilli user is deactivated and the license is reassigned to a new active user, updating automations or the running user context may not be required.
However, this should be reviewed based on the Salesforce configuration. If any active Flows, Scheduled Jobs, or other automations are configured to run under the previous user, update them to use an active user to ensure continued execution.
