Can candidates be added to job requisitions that are not yet posted in Oracle Recruiting Cloud?

Candidates cannot be added to a Draft or Unposted job requisition through the RChilli integration.

The job requisition must be posted in Oracle Recruiting Cloud before candidates can be added through the RChilli integration.

Required Step:

1. Post the job requisition in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
2. Add candidates to the posted job requisition through the RChilli integration.
