What fields are migrated from a PDF or Word resume, especially in the Education History and Work History sections?

For Oracle ERP clients, RChilli Resume Parser extracts structured data from PDF and Word resumes and maps the supported fields into Oracle. The following fields are available for migration in the Work History and Education History sections:

Work History Fields

1. Company Name
2. Job Title
3. Start Date
4. End Date
5. Achievements

Education History Fields

1. University Name
2. Degree Name
3. Start Date
4. End Date
5. Country
6. State

Additional Information

• The above fields represent the standard Oracle-supported fields used during onboarding activities such as Employee Profile Import, Bulk Import, and Data Reprocessing setup.
• These fields are a subset of the complete RChilli Resume Parser output and do not represent the full 200+ available parser fields.
• During onboarding, each field can be configured with specific data-handling rules when Oracle data differs from parsed resume data:
  • Do Nothing
  • Replace
  • Add if Empty
  • Append
• Match-handling rules can be configured separately for Work History and Education History fields.
• Data extraction accuracy depends on resume formatting. Structured resumes generally provide better results than heavily designed templates or image-based resumes.
