How can additional parsing credits be added to an RChilli account?

Additional parsing credits can be added by updating the subscription through the RChilli My Account portal.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to RChilli My Account.
   
   
    
2. Navigate to the My Plans tab.
   

3. Click CHANGE PLAN.
   
4. On the Plan and Pricing page, select one of the following options:
   • Standard Plan: Select the required credit package.
   • BYOP (Build Your Own Plan): Enter the required number of parsing credits. The documented minimum is more than 10,000 credits.
     
     
5. Review the selected plan in the Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
   
   
6. Complete the payment and subscription process.
   

For eligible yearly plans, an Additional Parsing Credits add-on may also be available when the existing credits have been fully utilized.
