RChilli supports regional data-center selection, allowing customers to select an applicable data-center region during account setup. Public documentation identifies EU hosting locations, including Frankfurt (Germany), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and Zurich (Switzerland) across supported cloud providers.
For Resume Parser, RChilli states that resume data is not stored after parsing.
For Search & Match, documents that are intentionally indexed are stored temporarily in a secure, region-specific environment to support search and matching operations. Indexed documents can be deleted by the customer.
RChilli's GDPR documentation states that customers can select US, EU, or SG locations. For a tenant configured on an EU deployment, Search & Match processing and indexing are designed to use the selected regional environment rather than being inherently routed to a single global data center.
However, the exact tenant region should be verified as part of customer due diligence, particularly where contractual or compliance requirements require confirmation of the location of storage, cache, logs, backups, and disaster-recovery components.
