Yes. RChilli supports deployment across multiple regions, and a tenant can be provisioned in a selected region. Requests for a location that is not currently available are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Region selection:
The required region can be selected during activation. Endpoints are created in the selected region, and data is processed and stored within that region according to the applicable deployment architecture. Region-specific base URLs should be used for API calls.
Moving an existing tenant to another region generally requires new endpoints and, for Search & Match, re-indexing of the data.
Private or on-premises deployment:
A dedicated deployment within a customer-controlled environment is also available. Server sizing, security requirements, and update cadence are defined based on the specific deployment requirements.
Cost:
Pricing for a specific region or dedicated deployment is quoted based on the requirements. Factors may include:
- Server specifications, including CPU, memory, and storage
- Expected processing volume
- Data-transfer requirements
- Backup requirements
- Disaster-recovery requirements
- Other applicable deployment add-ons
