Does the RChilli Match Engine evaluate experience requirements for each skill independently?

Yes. RChilli Search & Match API supports independent skill experience matching.

When the Skill Experience Matching feature is enabled, the Match Engine compares the experience required for each individual skill in the job description against the corresponding experience available in the candidate's resume.

This functionality is available for JD-to-Resume matching and can be enabled using the following request parameter:

"skillExperienceMatch": true

For example, the experience requirements for Java Development, People Management, and Project Management can be evaluated independently rather than relying only on the candidate's overall years of experience.
