Does RChilli provide separate scoring or weighting for each skill's experience requirement?

RChilli evaluates experience for each individual skill independently. However, a separate dedicated score is not assigned specifically to the number of years of experience for each skill.

Instead, the score is calculated based on the Skill Ranking weightage under the parent RequiredSkill entity.

During matching, the candidate's experience for each required skill is evaluated, and the applicable skill score is awarded based on whether the required experience is satisfied.

If the candidate has insufficient experience for a particular skill, the corresponding skill score is reduced or not awarded.

Therefore, the overall match score considers individual skill experience matching, the configured skill weightage, and other applicable matching criteria.
