Yes. When Skill Experience Matching is enabled, the matching score is affected when a candidate does not satisfy the required experience for an individual skill.
For example:

| People Management | 5 years | 2 years | Insufficient experience |
| Project Management | 5 years | 1 year | Insufficient experience |
In this scenario, the candidate meets the experience requirement for Java Development but does not meet the required experience for People Management and Project Management.
As a result, the corresponding skill matching score is reduced or not awarded for skills with insufficient experience, depending on the applicable matching logic. This, in turn, affects the candidate's overall match score.
