Ensure your internet connection is stable and working properly. You can verify this by accessing the RChilli API Service URL endpoint through a web browser. A successful connection should display an HTTP status of 200 (OK). -
Account Payments:
Confirm that all payments for your account are up to date. Outstanding payments may result in service deactivation, as the system is automated.
