Why is the Summary Field Coming Blank?

1. Presence of a Summary Heading in Resume

• The resume must explicitly contain a heading such as:

  • Summary

  • Executive Summary

  • Management Summary

  • Profile Summary

• The parser will not extract the summary from headings like Career Objective or from other unrelated sections.

2. Requirements for Executive Summary

To generate an Executive Summary, the following information must be present in the resume:

• Candidate’s Name

• Category and Subcategory

• Job Profile

• Employer Name

• Total Experience

The RChilli parser will collate this information and construct the Executive Summary.
Note: The Executive Summary is not directly present in the resume but is generated using the above information.

3. Requirements for Management Summary

• Management Summary is provided only for profiles related to management, such as:

  • Director

  • CEO

  • President

  • Owner

  • Founder

  • Manager

  • Lead

  • Supervisor

• It is not provided for roles such as:

  • Trainee

  • Developer

  • Fresher

  • Data Entry

  • Tester

  • Network Admin
