First of all, the Summary heading should be written somewhere in the resume file, like keyword Summary, Executive Summary, Management Summary, Profile Summary, etc. should be written in the resume file. Resume Summary will not be picked up from keywords like career objective or from anywhere else from Resumes.
Secondly, for Executive Summary, We need the name of the candidate, category and subcategory of that candidate, Job profile of the candidate, Employer Name of Candidate, and Total No. of Experience of the candidate. We collab all of these information and based on these, Parser makes a sentence and further output will be provided in Executive Summary. It is not mentioned anywhere in the resume file, but it will be provided by RChilli Team using the mentioned information above.
And We are providing the Management Summary for a profile related to the management. To get the management summary of a candidate, the candidate profile must be Director, CEO, President, Owner, Founder. Manager, Lead, Supervisor, etc. We don't give management summary for trainees, developer, freshers, data entry, testers, network admin, etc.
