How Rchilli parses multiple experience/ job title under same organization?

Parsing Multiple Job Titles Under the Same Employer

When a resume includes multiple job titles under the same employer across different but continuous employment periods, RChilli extracts each role as a separate experience entry. However, all roles are associated with the same employer name to maintain context and accuracy.

Example

Given the following work history on a resume:

Employer: XYZ Company

• Title: Profile 1
  Duration: Jan 2016 – Sept 2016

• Title: Profile 2
  Duration: Oct 2016 – Jan 2018

• Title: Profile 3
  Duration: Feb 2018 – Dec 2018

RChilli will parse it as:

• Employer: XYZ Company
  Title: Profile 1
  Job Period: Jan 2016 – Sept 2016

• Employer: XYZ Company
  Title: Profile 2
  Job Period: Oct 2016 – Jan 2018

• Employer: XYZ Company
  Title: Profile 3
  Job Period: Feb 2018 – Dec 2018

Each role is treated independently while retaining the same employer name. This approach accurately reflects the candidate’s career progression within the organization.
