What is the character limit for job description field in Resume Parsing?

There is no limit for the Job Description in the Experience section. Just make sure it should be mentioned in appropriate form. If there are any employer name and job profile, mentioned very close to each other in the job description, we consider that as a separate different employer and does not return the content after that in the same job description.
