• Mapped classifications of job roles by seniority levels, including managerial, executive, and leadership positions.

Logic Used

• If the parsed job title or keywords in the JD match predefined management profiles (e.g., “Manager,” “Team Lead,” “Director,” “Vice President,” etc.), then:

  • "IsManagementJob": true

• If such indicators are not found in the text or the role is entry/mid-level:

  • "IsManagementJob": false

This is handled automatically during the parsing process using RChilli’s Taxonomy-based job role hierarchy.
