To resolve this error, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Salesforce account.
- Click on the App Launcher (the 9 dots icon) in the top-left corner.
- Search for RChilli and select the RChilli Configuration tab.
- Click the Login button within the RChilli Configuration page.
- After a successful login, try parsing resumes again — the issue should be resolved.
