If you encounter this installation error in your Salesforce Sandbox environment, please follow these steps to resolve it:
- Log in to Salesforce and navigate to Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, search for Social Accounts and Contacts Settings and open it.
- Ensure the checkbox for Enable Social Accounts, Contacts, and Leads is checked.
- Also, verify that the Social Network options are enabled as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Retry installing the RChilli package.
Enabling this setting resolves the common installation error in Sandbox environments.
