What is the File size and Character length limit?

If you're getting the error like "File is too large to process". Please check the below-mentioned details:

RChilli has a standard character limit of 60K characters per CV/Resume and a page limit of 25 per CV/Resume by default. Sometimes candidates upload books or non-resume content with unnecessary data which makes API unresponsive for a long time and you may find timeout concern due to the same for several minutes. This is because we have set some limitations upon file size/length limit.

In the case of PDF files, if the character limit is more than 60K, then it can be changed from the backend; you need to contact RChilli Support.
