Phone number is not auto fetch at Oracle HCM Instance. It is fetched from the detail used by the candidate to apply or register. Candidates can select either Email or Phone number. Whatever they enter will be carried over, and they will have to re-enter it manually for verification. Oracle uses Phone and email as the primary key for the candidate records.
