First, check whether the certification-related API setting is enabled. If the setting is disabled, certification details may not appear in the response.
If the setting is enabled and the issue still occurs, share the resume sample and parser response with your CSM or email support@rchilli.com. The technical team can verify whether the issue is extraction-related or mapping/display-related.
