How can a Source System Owner be created in Oracle for a Job Requisition?

Follow the steps below to create a Source System Owner in Oracle:

1. Log in to Oracle.
2. Click on your Profile.
   
    

3. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
   
   
    
4. On the Setup and Maintenance page, click on the three-dot (More Actions) menu.
   
   
    
5. Select Additional Setup Tasks.
   
   
    
6. On the right-hand side, click on the Task button.
   
   
    
7. Click on Search 
   
   
    
8. In the search bar, type and select Manage Common Lookups.
   

9. On the Manage Common Lookups page, search for the lookup type:
   HRC_SOURCE_SYSTEM_OWNER
   

10. In the Lookup Codes section:
    • Click the New (+) icon to add a new lookup code.
    • Enter the required details such as:
      • Lookup Code
      • Display Sequence
      • Enabled (check the box)
      • Start Date/End Date
      • Meaning/Description

11. Save your changes. The new Source System Owner will now be available for use in Job Requisitions.
    
     
12. To Delete a Source System Owner:
    - Click the Delete icon (highlighted in the image) 
    - Confirm the deletion.

The Source System Owner will be removed from the system.

The new Source System Owner will now be available for use in Job Requisitions.
