Follow the steps below to create a Source System Owner in Oracle:
- Log in to Oracle.
- Click on your Profile.
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
- On the Setup and Maintenance page, click on the three-dot (More Actions) menu.
- Select Additional Setup Tasks.
- On the right-hand side, click on the Task button.
- Click on Search
- In the search bar, type and select Manage Common Lookups.
- On the Manage Common Lookups page, search for the lookup type:
HRC_SOURCE_SYSTEM_OWNER
- In the Lookup Codes section:
- Click the New (+) icon to add a new lookup code.
- Enter the required details such as:
- Lookup Code
- Display Sequence
- Enabled (check the box)
- Start Date/End Date
- Meaning/Description
- Save your changes. The new Source System Owner will now be available for use in Job Requisitions.
- To Delete a Source System Owner:
- Click the Delete icon (highlighted in the image)
- Confirm the deletion.
The Source System Owner will be removed from the system.
The new Source System Owner will now be available for use in Job Requisitions.
