IDCS login requires configuring Oracle IDCS details in RChilli MyAccount, adding required users, and completing IDCS authentication from the Oracle Browser Assistant extension.
Steps:
- Open the Browser Assistant configuration page in RChilli MyAccount Panel.
- Select the Demo tab or the Production tab based on environment access.
- Expand the IDCS Details section.
- Enter Oracle IDCS details:
4.1) Oracle IDCS URL
4.2) Oracle IDCS Client ID
4.3) Oracle IDCS Client Secret
- Click Submit to save the configuration.
- Add or activate required team members using the Add User option on the same page for Login with Google or Microsoft 365.
- Open RChilli Oracle Browser Assistant Extension.
- Enter Company Name and click Submit.
- Select the sign-in option Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Complete Oracle IDCS authentication:
10.1) Enter IDCS username and password
10.2) Complete MFA verification (if enabled in IDCS)
Notes:
- IDCS sign-in works only when the company domain/account is registered in the RChilli MyAccount client portal.
- Ensure IDCS configuration details are correctly entered before attempting login.
- MFA depends on Oracle IDCS security settings.
