This is usually an environment/instance-specific issue. The same file may parse on one Oracle instance (e.g., staging) but not on another (e.g., prod/test). If the file parses correctly when tested directly with the RChilli API, the problem likely lies within your Oracle instance configuration, mapping, or rendering. Please confirm the integration path and review error logs with Oracle support.
Quick Checks
- Check API Configuration:
Verify the API Configuration, Client ID, and Secret Key in MyAccount.
If you're a Booster customer, please confirm your credentials with Oracle.
-
Confirm parser output exists (RChilli side):
Use My Account → Logs Tracking and Usage → set dates/product/env/status → Get Logs.
More detail refer to this document Oracle Logs.
-
Compare instances:
Test the same resume in both the working and non-working Oracle instances to isolate environment differences.
