If one resume failed to process during bulk upload, consider the following checks:

Unsupported Format:
Ensure the resume is in a supported format: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, etc. Unsupported formats (e.g., .zip, .xls, or image-only PDFs) will be skipped. -
Corrupted or Empty File:
The file might be corrupted, blank, or unreadable—check if it opens properly.

Duplicate Detection:
If the resume is identical to another, RChilli’s de-duplication may auto-skip it.

OCR Issues (Scanned Resumes):
Scanned resumes require OCR parsing. If not enabled or if the scan is poor, the file may be ignored.

Parsing Logs:
Review the Parsing Logs in your RChilli MyAccount dashboard for error messages.
