Is the proficiency level based on the candidate’s experience or time spent using a skill?

The proficiency level shown under Job-Related Skills is derived from the RChilli Taxonomy and is not influenced by the candidate’s actual experience or duration of using the skill. The value is assigned based on the extracted job profile and taxonomy definitions.

To understand the experience associated with a skill, the ExperienceInMonth field in the Parser response indicates the total months of experience for each skill.
