If an RChilli subscription is downgraded, unused or rollover credits may not carry forward to the new plan.
According to RChilli’s billing policy:
- Downgrades are generally scheduled for the next billing cycle.
- Current higher-plan features remain accessible until the next billing date.
- If credits are exhausted before the scheduled downgrade date, the downgraded plan may take effect immediately based on the new plan terms.
- In cancellation or unsubscribe scenarios, rollover credits are not retained.
After downgrade, cancellation, or reactivation, only the credits included in the active subscription plan or any purchased top-up credits will be available.
