How does RChilli plans Upgrade and Downgrade?

Here is how RChilli plans are get implemented in case of Upgrade and Downgrade

1. The plan is not downgraded immediately. The downgrade will be scheduled for the next billing cycle date.

A plan downgrade with a lower price takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue to use the features of the higher plan until your next billing date. Payment will also be charged on the next billing date in case of the plan downgrade.

2. We upgrade and generate the invoice immediately as soon as you upgrade and roll over credits.

A plan upgrade with a higher price takes effect immediately, so you can start using features of the higher plans. Payment in case of the plan upgrade will be charged immediately.
