Issue
If your Oracle Cloud HCM instance is behind a firewall, RChilli’s APIs may not be accessible, which can prevent the resume parsing or profile import functionalities from working correctly.
Solution: Allow RChilli IP Address in Firewall
If a firewall is configured on your Oracle Cloud environment, you must whitelist RChilli's IP address to ensure seamless communication between your Oracle HCM instance and RChilli’s services.
