RChilli's Email Inbox Integration is designed to efficiently extract and parse resumes directly from email attachments. While RChilli does not impose a hard-coded limit on the number of attachments per email, the following considerations apply:

• Multiple attachments per email are supported.

• RChilli will attempt to parse all supported file formats (e.g., .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt) attached to the email.

• The attachments are processed sequentially, and structured resume data is returned for each valid file.

⚠️ Practical Considerations

• Email servers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) may restrict the maximum size of incoming emails—typically around 20–25 MB, which may limit the number or size of attachments.

  • Attachments are corrupted or password-protected.

  • Non-resume file types (e.g., ZIPs, images, or unsupported formats) are included.
