The Filename
field in bulk parsing is always populated with a unique name, even if duplicate file names are present in your uploads.
-
📁 Why? Duplicate filenames are not allowed within the same folder or ZIP archive.
-
🔄 Behavior: If the system encounters a file with an already existing name, it will either:
-
Automatically rename the file internally to maintain uniqueness, or
-
Reject the upload depending on the method of transfer (e.g., FTP may overwrite or block duplicates based on client configuration).
-
📝 Important: To avoid conflicts and ensure traceability, it is recommended to assign distinct filenames before uploading files in bulk.
