RChilli PeopleSoft - Why am I getting error when trying to ping the node?

In order to check the connection between PeopleSoft and RChilli you have to check the Configuration Node.

In case of any connection failure you will get an error as in the below image:

This means that the connection establishment is failed and Firewall is one of the reasons.
