RChilli PeopleSoft- Is PeopleSoft Integration with RChilli just a Recruiting Admin parsing functionality?

The resume parsing utilities using the integration functionality with RChilli can be used out of the box in the Recruiting Admin menu as well as in the Candidate Gateway portal.

With custom development, it can also be used on any PeopleSoft page and modules.
