RChilli's Resume Parser does not store any resume or CV data on its cloud platform. It is fully GDPR-compliant and follows strict data privacy protocols to ensure that candidate data is never saved on its servers during or after parsing.

🔒 How Is Resume Data Handled?

• Resume data is processed in real time using REST APIs.

• Once parsing is completed and the structured JSON/XML response is delivered, the resume content is not stored on RChilli’s cloud servers.

• Data encryption is not required post-processing, because no personal resume data is retained.

❗ Any temporary data (e.g., logs for troubleshooting or performance monitoring) is kept only until it has been analyzed. This is done under secure protocols and deleted thereafter.

🔁 Search & Match Data Exception

• If you're using Search & Match API, resume documents may be temporarily indexed in a secure environment only for search and matching operations.

• Even this indexed data can be deleted by the user at any time using the DeleteAllDocuments API.
