What are the file formats supported in the FTP? (eg: zip /rar /Archive /7z)

RChilli does not support direct FTP uploads, so there is no specific file format support related to FTP on RChilli’s side.

However, for bulk resume uploads via API or Email Parsing, these are the typical supported formats and archives:

• Individual Resume Formats Supported: DOC, DOCX, PDF, RTF, TXT, ODT, HTML, DOCM, DOTM, DOT, DOTX, PNG, JPEG, etc.

• Bulk Upload Archives:

  • ZIP files are commonly supported for bulk uploads (e.g., uploading multiple resumes zipped together).

  • Other archive formats like RAR, 7z, or other compressed formats are generally not supported directly.

Summary:

• RChilli expects resumes in standard document/image formats or zipped archives for bulk.

• ZIP is the preferred archive format for bulk uploads.

• FTP is not supported, so these formats apply when sending data via API or email.
