How to check OCR add-on is enable in JSON Output?

Currently, the JSON output from RChilli’s parser does not contain any explicit field that shows whether the OCR add-on was enabled or used for that particular resume parse.

How to confirm if OCR is enabled or used:

• OCR enablement is managed via API settings when making the parse request.

• The JSON response does not include an OCR status flag.

• To verify OCR usage or whether it’s enabled on your account, you need to:

  • Check your MyAccount portal under parsing logs (filter by OCR).

  • Track usage and credits deducted for OCR parsing.

  • Contact RChilli support if needed.

Summary:

• No direct OCR flag/status in JSON response.

• Use MyAccount logs or API request settings to confirm OCR usage.

• OCR setting is enabled/disabled per request via the "OCR Parsing" setting in the API setting.
