Refer to the steps below to add the OBClientID on the Oracle Cloud HCM Application:-
Step 1: Sign In

Go to your Oracle Cloud HCM Application.

Use an account with the Application Implementation Consultant role.
Note:- You must have the Application Implementation Consultant Role to configure the RChilli integration. You can contact Oracle admin for more details. |
Step 2: Open Setup and Maintenance

Click the Settings and Actions menu (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.

Select Setup and Maintenance from the dropdown.
Step 3: Navigate to Recruiting Configuration

On the Setup: Compensation Management page:

Click the Scope icon (flag icon) near the page header.

Choose Recruiting and Candidate Experience from the drop-down list.

Step 4: Go to Functional Area Settings

On the Setup: Recruiting and Candidate Experience page:

Under Functional Areas, select Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management.

Step 5: Access Recruiting Category Enablement

Under Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management, click on Recruiting Category Enablement.
Step 6: Edit Profile Import Configuration

Scroll down to the Profile Import section.

Locate the RChilli integration entry.

Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the RChilli logo.
Step 7: Enter OBClientID

On the Edit Profile Import Partner: RChilli page:

In the Partner Specific Parameter field, enter the OBClientID in the following format:
- (Update the unique value shared by the RChilli team.)

Step 8: Save Changes

Click Save and Close to apply the configuration.
