How to make sure my plan is auto renewed as needed so I never run out of credits?

You don’t need to manually enable auto-renewal in RChilli. Here's how it works:

Auto-Renewal Behavior:

• Auto-renewal is automatically activated when:

  • You register on the RChilli MyAccount Portal.

  • You purchase a subscription plan via the portal.

When Does Auto-Renewal Trigger?

• Your plan will automatically renew in the following scenarios:

  • When the credit balance drops below 12 or 10, depending on your usage pattern.

  • On the subscription expiry date, if credits haven’t already triggered renewal.

What You Need to Ensure:

• You have a valid payment method in your account.

• You do not cancel your subscription manually.

If You Don't Want Auto-Renewal:

You can manually cancel your subscription anytime by:

1. Going to My Plans in MyAccount.

2. Selecting Manage Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription.
