There are three types of users in the RChilli MyAccount Client portal:
- Admin
- User
- Developer
- Admin: Only the admin can add the new users, either as a developer or user It has all the rights such as checking for parsing logs, viewing billing invoices, changing or upgrading the billing plans and creating a support ticket, etc. By default, RChilli MyAccount login credentials are of admin type and all the permission is granted to the admin user.
- User: The user is the person, who has all the rights like admin user type, except to create or modify any of the users.
- Developer: A developer is a person, who is responsible for the integration of RChilli Parser API at his/her end. As a developer, you have permission to use RChillil MyAccount for testing modules. You do not have the right to create, delete, update, etc. on your account.
