How can I update my profile details?

There is no update or edit profile option available in RChilli MyAccount. The client account profile details can’t be updated from the client-side. The panel has multiple functionalities to check.

The clients can add a sub-user and change their password & update their profile setting but can’t modify the admin account.

For RChilli MyAccount profile modification, the support team reserves the right to change the profile. If you want to modify your account information like reset your password, or link or unlink accounts, it will be updated by admin OR you can contact RChilli Support via creating a ticket at RChilli HelpDesk or by sending an email at support@rchilli.com. You can share the details that need to be updated. The support team will help you in updating your account details.
