For Trial Users - You should already have the login & password to access your account. You can log-in to RChilli MyAccount
If you try to log-in to RChilli MyAccount and the account does not display any inactive message, it is obviously active.
If you try and get a message like 'We wish to remind you that your account expires on the date. Please subscribe to one of our plans or contact us' OR like 'As a reminder, your free trial credits have been consumed. Please subscribe to one of our plans or contact us.' - it’s inactive! In this case, you need to further contact team@rchilli.com to subscribe to any plan.
For Registered Users - You should have RChilli API details with you. Please parse the resumes using the RChilli API Service and check for response or output.
If you are getting data and values in the fields in the output JSON response, your account is up and parsing is running fine for your account.
If you are not getting any response or getting a blank output or any other exception, please share the exception or error and API details with RChilli Support.
