How to Reset the Password of My Account?

To reset the password, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1:-

Click on this link to go to the RChilli Account login page

Step 2:-

There is an option of 'Forgot Password' just below the login button as shown in the below screenshot attached.

Step 3:-

Enter your registered email id associated with your account and click on the Submit button.

Step 4:-

Next, you will get the reset password mail or notification in your registered email. Please, check your inbox for a password reset email.

Step 5:-

Click on the URL provided in the email and create your new password and then tap submit. You're done!
