How to Unsubscribe a Plan

Steps to Unsubscribe from RChili Service

Access Your Subscription Details:

1. Navigate to the "Plan" section in your account dashboard.

Manage Your Subscription:

2. Under your selected plan, locate and click on the "Manage" option.

Initiate Cancellation:

3. Proceed by clicking the forward arrow and then select "Cancel Subscription."

Confirmation and Cancellation Schedule:

4. Upon confirmation, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation based on your expiry date. It will automatically cease on that day.

Important Note: If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will lose access to the following benefits:

• Credit rollover benefits
• Continuity of legacy license
• Any other benefits and discounts associated with your subscription
